During the so-called "quiet time" of the cease-fire this is just one of the examples of violence against innocent Palestinians. That is not to say that all Palestinians killed by Israelis are "innocent" or that they are not combative toward Israel, but that there are so many innocent Palestinian civilians killed during periods that are reported in the mainstream media as "quiet" and "relatively peaceful."
What these euphemisms means is that if there are absolutely no attacks on Israel by nearly any measure, regardless of violence committed by Israel, then it is a time of peace.
