Here's some interesting info to add to the rapidly lengthening list of things I learnt on the internets.
(According to the super-fascist-pinkos over @ the Pennsylvania Progressive /sarcasm_off) It turns out that Ron Paul has some interesting historical connections with the white nationalist movement (beyond having a lot of their campaign funding), and quite a bit of writing in his name that seems to articulate the "White Nationalist Agenda"
I've copied the text from the link b/c a friend was having trouble accessing the site:

Ron Paul: White Supremacist
Ron Paul has become something of a phenomenon on the campaign trail as a GOP candidate for president. What everyone needs to realize however, is his deep involvement in the patriot/militia movement and his publication of radical racial epithets over the years. Congressman Paul is a white supremacist. Orcinus has the goods on this guy collected from a newsletter he used to distribute and pictures of him in the recent company of extremists.
Some liberals have taken to Paul's opposition of the war while not realizing his true agenda. There's far more to this man than the issue of Iraq and it's quite ugly. The patriot movement of the 1980's-90's saw a surge in survivalist, white supremacist militia groups threatening the stability of the nation in order to impose their white male leadership on the entire society. The current Minuteman organization is a successor to this mentality.
Ron Paul has been part and parcel of this and he is "one of theirs." Past issues of "The Ron Paul Survivor Report" survive in archives at the University of Wisconsin and elsewhere and bloggers are digging them out and re-publishing them so voters understand the true nature and political philosophy of this candidate.
A few excerpts:
"...our country is being destroyed by a group of actual and potential terrorists -- and they can be identified by the color of their skin."
"Opinion polls consistently show that only about 5% of blacks have sensible political opinions, i.e. support the free market, individual liberty, and the end of welfare and affirmative action.... Given the inefficiencies of what D.C. laughingly calls the "criminal justice system," I think we can safely assume that 95% of the black males in that city are semi-criminal or entirely criminal."
"We are constantly told that it is evil to be afraid of black men, but it is hardly irrational. Black men commit murders, rapes, robberies, muggings, and burglaries all out of proportion to their numbers."
I think you begin to get the idea of who this man is and what he REALLY believes. Such toxic, racist diatribes have no place in civilized men and civilized culture. Please don't support Ron Paul.
Update: This article has received many links and much traffic. I have a question for all the Paul apologists and deniers leaving comments: if he isn't a white supremacist why are all the white supremacists endorsing him? I have to credit Orcinus for digging out the facts and the truth about Ron Paul. It was their coverage which was the basis for this article. They found this picture of Paul with white supremacist Dr. Robert Clarkson at this website:

And here's another link, with excerpts from the aforementioned newsletters: http://www.tnr.com/politics/story.html?id=74978161-f730-43a2-91c3-de262573a129
I went thru a lot of commentary @ the embedded links (not available in cut & paste sorry, you'll have to get them @ the link), and didn't find any links disputing the claims... so:
IF YOU'RE GOING TO DISPUTE THIS ARTICLE, PLEASE INCLUDE RELEVANT LINKS.

Yeah, your right. Only an idiot could have predicted Black Monday(1987) four years prior. Only an idiot could have predicted our current situation a many years ago. Only an idiot could have predicted the recent Russian invasion of Georgia in 2002.

Wait just one cotton-pickin' minute, where are the lies?
And which website are you calling 'lunatic'? the one that i've linked to, or the original blogpost to which it refers? Or perhaps your own? Or did you even read the page before you started spamming your ron paul youtube video links?
I've come correct with all my backup, and stated as objectively as I can that this is what I've found. You've stated that i'm lying, now prove it please or stop making such a claim. If you want to show some proof that my sources are lying that would be even better. Until then, take your click-farming, cut&paste blog and make slanderous remarks about somebody else on a different website.
If you have a problem with my personal political philosophy then you would be better served by pointing out glaring failures of said philosophy or at least speaking in concrete terms, than you would be by bullying commenters and spamming your 'lies and lunacy' accusations.
You can start looking for things to discredit by searching 'ron paul white supremacy' in google... have fun, sucka!

Brendan, I am simply answering to accusations by others who do not know the whole story. Ron Paul has stated that he will not give the money back to these insane racists because it will only help them advance their cause. Why give them money when we know it will go towards educating others on racism when we can legally keep the money and spend it on somethine positive like the constitution and liberty. The website you listed falsely states that the true nature and political philosophy of this candidate is as listed and that is NOT how Ron Paul thinks. That is how a couple people out of hundreds who happened to write an article on an issue Ron Paul didn't read. Say what you want, Ron Paul is a good man and his policies have NOTHING to do with benefitting racists. I need to grow up? I am simply defending a good man who is being slandered and misrepresented. I would MUCH rather debate equilibrium wages and government externalities than dealing with misstated websites that are read by the same number of people who read Ron Paul's "newsletters".....Please don't report me for spam, we have a good discussion going on and I wouldn't report you when you are responding to someone elses comments....

wow ron paul! i don't know about this info...i'm not saying it isn't accurate but I just don't know....it doesn't really matter tho cuz all of these politicians have there own secret agenda or are a part of one....as a black man I can honestly say that only 5% of blacks caring about the big issues isn't a issue that ron paul just invented...most people i meet have no clue as to whats going on in the world...why would anyone care about all the big stuff if they can't even take care of themselves?......and as far as white supremacy goes everybody knows by now that any and all rascist are flatout fools!

Don't let this BS discourage the liberty movement. This Keynesian is trying everything possible to discredit liberty ideals because he believes in his Federal Forceful Monopoly on Healthcare. He found this biased article on some crazy website......regardless of Ron Paul's past from 30 years ago....the man is legit! Don't let this guy convince you that Ron is a racist, he has said NUMEROUS times over the decades that he does not want these crazies supporting him.

You're still not explaining why the guy says 'I don't want white supremacists to support me' but then turns around and accepts their donations and has photographs taken with them.
I'll bet you cried foul about Obama taking donations from 'the Wall Street Lobby' though, didn't you :o)
Ron Paul seems like a great guy... he's funny, he's smart, he's kinda goofy looking in a nice sort of way. He has a lot of White Supremacists backing his campaign though, and he seems to have some ties to the White Supremacy movement...
So, mayhaps you could ellucidate me as to why that is?
Don't minimize my argument, that's no way to discuss. If i'm wrong, tell me how I'm wrong and what would make me right... don't try to bully me into agreeing with you. Don't you know that trick never works on a Keynesian?

First of all he never went to speak at a white supremisist organization. Second, he has explained this many times. What do you want me to do? Lie and say Ron Paul is a racist? He is an individualist and he doesn't stereotype people into sects and boundaries. The few racists that support him have no understanding of his policies. Seriously, there isn't much else to discuss about the issue. He has stated he didn't write the articles and actually most of his articles were written by other people and he has apologized for not keeping a close eye on what went out under his name. Ron Paul is NOT a racist, but people will believe whatever they want....he is honest, caring, and the best person running for office!
