    • The vaccine that was used on troops for anthrax was never approved by the FDA and furthermore, the company that made the vaccine was made immune to prosecution AND lawsuits, by the administration.

There were reports coming in from all over of soldiers becoming ill, and these illnesses weren't going away. Of course no one would ever own up that it may have been/probably was the anthrax vaccine.

I know pilots who were in guard units that resigned their commission rather than take the shot.

      ArcticSpirit,
The VFW helps people wade through the maze of forms and rejections. They are very good at what they do and have helped many soldiers fighting for their rights.

    • Don't let this be another Bush Admin. crime against America and it's proud military servicemen and woman. This needs to be sent out to every network, paper, blog , and community site in the country. This is disgracefull !! Don Rumsfeld should lose everything he owns to repay these young men and woman. Why do we allow these few men to profit so greatly at this expense? I am thoroughly ashamed of what WE as a nation will allow.

    • I wish this were just an anomaly, but the same things happened to soldiers returning from the first Gulf War, and the government has only this year admitted to the existence of "Gulf War Disease" (correct me if this isn't whats it's actually called). It's time people everywhere demanded accountability from our government instead of sitting idly while they feed us propaganda and practice mind control and brain washing through the mass media.

    • Probably for the majority of the population the set of vaccines are better than what you would have in combat if you didn't have any protection.

But then there are some of us that for one reason or another have a negative reaction to it.

I have had shots to go to other countries overseas before...

    • The pentagon needs a house cleaning. The mind set is such that our troops are still considered cannon fodder. The young men and women that answer the call to duty should be shown respect not callous disregard.

I also was healthy all my life. I loved to hike, be outdoors, I was strong. I did everything I ever wanted to do all by myself. I was a classic over-achiever. A concert violinist on the side just because I enjoyed it. (now I cannot lift my violin to play without extreme pain.. for many years)... I loved to swim, I was full of life, picture of health. Not trying to brag but modeled a bit, and was extremely goal oriented for myself. Very spiritual. A bit romantic. Did alot with charity, and that was huge part of my time & life. I went to school, nothing was easy but I was naturally hard working and relished it.

When I decided to go into the military, as my father before me had been, I had awesome opportunities...
They gave me any choice of MOS due to the test and education combo that I had. And I got to pick which branch... and I did that based on the job. I loved it. I probably would have stayed it my 20, even though I'm feminine, very much a girl, very sweet, didn't curse.. then. But I had a sweet deal.

My job would keep me from the front lines and from many places I didn't want to go, because I couldn't go there, for security. It rocked. I sound like a spoiled brat. But my job was very difficult. Many in school failed and had to go do other things. Failure rate was 2/3. But I had been doing my job a few years and loved it.

So we are deploying & war is in the works... I did get tons of shots prior to deployment. I had been overseas many times, and I know that depending on where you go, that you have to have shots not to get sick. So I never gave it a second thought.

I became too sick between when we got the shots and the last deploy date to go with the unit. I had another lift time in 45 days.

I did get a honorable discharge early instead of a medical discharge. They refused a medical discharged even though I was too ill and had the start of what I have NOW, multiple neuro muscular conditions and neurological conditions.

That started to settle in first. I had off the chart ANA levels. I kept going to medical and no one would do anything but give me Ibuprofen. So there is something else totally different in this with antimune problems.
After months of this, and getting more ill by the week, I was admitted in the hospital I think for the 3rd time.
They couldn't do anything to change my condition.
They blamed it on depression I think. Uh WTH??

I didn't know what to do. I really just stayed busy with my work, it was all brain, not physical. I enjoyed it.. It was satisfying and in the civilian world jobs like mine aren't as meaningful for what they protect.

But I was released when I was not able to pass the PT test, due to medical problems.
But they refused to note that it was due to medical problems. My CO told them I was to have an Honorable discharge. They were giving Other discharges or some shit to the people that were sick.

Now I want to research it and see if anyone knows what was helping. I have also had my spine deteriorate and all kinds of shit. It scares every doctor and specialist I see in the civilian sector. You would be amazed at how fast they give up and pass you along when they can't 'fix' you.

Thanks for reading this... I know it was long.

Hang in there arcticspirit. If the services don't come out and clean this up they could hurt recruitment. People that have never been through military indoctrination do not understand the mind set of the average service member and the response to orders. We had a marine that was threatened with court martial for refusing to be inoculated with an unproven serum about 5 years ago. This might sound redundant but if you haven't already, contact your senators and representive. Keep shouting until someone listens. Your discharge can still be reviewed by the V.A. You need to get it changed to medical so that they will at least be responsible for your health.

    • man i went through the same thing in 93, went to the VA and they told me i had depression or PTSD, but i did some checking , got my medical records and all that it was almost the same as Pvt.Fay, just not as severe. But man was i sick.I was on a RDF in the Army, they actually flew in a CW4 i had never seen before , to administer these shots. Also there was record of the shit they put through the guns, but never any record of what was injected through the syringe. the stuff we got from the guns was typhoid and plagueI,II,III.Anyway this is really bringing back some bad memories, what i found out after i did some checking was that they were using what was called an antigen, which is a substanceused to speed the vaccine through your system, and this was not tested or approved by the FDA for use on us. The name of that one was Squaline. that i am sure about, the word antigen i am not. But Squaline is a place to start. look it up. SUPPORT OUR TROOPS--------------Patrick

    • Thanks to the military I have Hep C, been exposed to Tuberculosis, had non specific urethritis and they've lost my medical records.

I do know the VA does not any longer make Chantix available.

It is true they can inoculate and draw blood and not tell you with what, for what or why.

    • Wow. We need more people investigating this. We need journalists up in arms making calls. I want to know what's going on. We need to DEMAND to know what's going on. I hope with all my heart that this is just a fluke or misunderstanding, or maybe a bit of overblown reporting. Spread the word of this report so we can get answers.

    • Wow this hits hard i live in ohio and less than 30 min away from were this guy lives. Whether you agree with the war or you dont(which i dont) You still have to respect every single person that trains and goes to put there life on the line to protect people like me, who just dont want to be a part of it. There are many cover ups conspiracies and programs that will never have there tale told due to lack of intelligence from the normal american, most civilians are so caught up in day to day life they have no clue how cruel and evil this world really is. I hope this man gets better and the military should be held accountable for anything and everything that happens to one of our guys while serving in the military. Its a shame that the truth will probably never be known about what was given to him, and hopefully he does get his kidney transplant and gets through this. But what about the thousands the unnamed man says have already died from such unknown vaccines? What did they tell there families, things like this is exactly why i would never serve our country for anything, you become there property. And we all know theres many soldiers returning that are killing themselves because the shame they have for even fighting in this war, most have been reported of even writing there suicide notes before they even leave the military, this is an unjust war and i hope all the men and women who are serving us make it home safe. They do not deserve this at all.
