Mike Mastracci, Esq. and Lary Holland bring a FREE six-week educational seminar to the public, mediators, psychologists, lawyers, and judges on “The Collaborative Law Practice.” This is part of a six-week course that occurs live each Tuesday night at 8PM EST.
Advocating the use of a technique known as the “Collaborative Law Practice” and in connection with Get Your Justice Live™, Attorney and Author Mike Mastracci has assembled a 6-week course for mediators, psychologists, lawyers, judges, and parents to come together and examine peaceful alternatives to the adversarial court room duals that often occur during child custody proceedings.

Great Video, interesting to hear her thoughts on the issue. Custody is such a dramatic time for both parents. I can only imagine since I don't have that experience myself but have friends that went or are going through the process. Heart breaking.

judges who never receive a reality check will come to believe they can not make mistakes.
IMHO,this judge is delusional in regards to her stats and stating the attorneys and judges believe it's a family matter.
Lawyers, judges promote the fight in order to maintain their federal funding as They et.al.,create Alienation, target the parent who stands up against the family court, attorney Injustice, then bring in their Hired Guns, aka GAL's,Psych's with their predetermined eval.in order for them to retrieve the neg. results they desire.
She sings one tune in the beginning then turns it as though
she is ,'in the best interest of the child(ren),Dble talk...judges who know they will not be questioned, are likely to allow prejudice and political agenda to color their decisions.
judges who are never challenged have no incentive to consider all the evidence or follow the law.
