Steve King on the floor of the House, actually called the Black and Hispanic caucuses, separatist groups, most likely because has been cursed with white skin and would not be allowed to join.
Mr. King has been too busy choking on his silver spoon to realize that these caucuses are necessary due to the fact that they are grossly under represented in this country.
