A June 7, 2009 Los Angeles Times article entitled “LAWYER TAKES A STAND FROM HIS CELL” provoked response and criticism from supporters of jailed Anti-Trust Attorney Richard I. Fine who is being held in civil contempt of court for over 100 days following his attempt to disqualify L. A. Superior Court Judge David Yaffe from hearing a case where Fine contends he was biased. Featured in the video are taking the L. A. Times to task, is Fred Sottile, John Rizzo

Any portion of the MSM is unwilling to expose the truth about the corruption within the family courts....

The only comment I may add, is that Richard Fine should have been more careful with the LA Times as well. If you read Victoria Kim's pieces going back, she was always biased against him, and she was also the only coverage that the LA Times gave to the story.
One only needs to compare that to reporting regarding Judge Jacqueline Connor and the Rampart Scandal in the LA Times a decade earlier, in order to fully realize that the LA Times was muzzled. - 2 years ago

Judges need to have the fear of loss put into them. If they do a poor job...then they deserve to be fired just like anyone elsee that does a poor job.

From 2001, the people who apparently know this lousy fuq, who should resign and recuse himself permanently:
"...I can’t stand him...he’s a nasty and arrogant SOB....he indulges in a fantasy of infallibility. He decides cases on bases not advanced by the parties, but conjured up by himself, and does not permit an opportunity to brief the propositions he’s interjected. After all, a proposition spawned by David P. Yaffe could not possibly be wrong.
"My negative perception of this jurist, I have found, is shared by others. If I bring up the topic of David Yaffe in conversations, I hear comments such as "he’s crazy" and "he’s a contrarian son of a bitch." (Each of the persons so labeling Yaffe is a leading practitioner.) A Superior Court judge told me he avoided talking with Yaffe at a judges’ event, saying, "I would have puked all over him."
"I sent out questionnaires on Yaffe to various lawyers seeking their evaluations of the judge. Some filled out the questionnaires and returned them, others telephoned, and one wrote a letter. Most requested anonymity.
Below are some of the comments I received by phone..."
and interesting comments indeed. this "judge" needs to find an accident people...fuq pig-assholes like this, and yes 'Judge' Yaffe...fuh q most most deliberately long and hard in every orifice you've got. Thank you very much. (The bible says 'the people' celebrate when pigs like this gasp their last and get on their merry merry way to hell.)

Attorney General the "Honorable" Jerry Brown? Whoa! You mean the one they call "Governor Moonbeam". (God Bless the late Mike Royko!) I hope Jerry Brown is not the California Space cadet that he once was......Attorney fine needs a serious investigation that will exonerate him.

Yeah, I was wondering if he was the womanizing, drug influenced party boy of the 60's and 70's.

Great video and great information. Thank you regjoeshmo.
It's about time that people speak up against judicial corruption. It is not as uncommon as media and politicians want us to believe. This case is not only about one specific instance of corruption. It is about our responsibility to watch closely so our democracy and freedom does not completely disappear. - 2 years ago
