Could it be the "delegates" from all those banana republics who come here and live free and clear in million dollar apts in NYC while driving Rolls Royces provided by OUR gvt and whose children get to go Harvard and Yale free and clear w/ no monetary strings attached AND those same "delegates" who have racked up MILLIONS in parking fines all over the City of NY and not had to pay for parking ON THE SIDEWALKS???!
