A judiciary official says tribunals will process hundreds of 'rioters' and 'thugs' caught in security sweeps during the unrest after Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was reelected president.

    • If all the protesters voted for Mousavi then Ahmadinejad did not win by a landslide. And according to the BBC study it is very unlikely he won all the votes that are claimed he did!
This could prove to be even more violent with these court cases.
Hopefully the lawyer who volunteered to take Neda's case will win and set a precedent for the others.

    • Geee and let me guess just what the outcome is gonna be:

Yes...Yes! A complete landslide for Ahmadinejad.

I bet the clerics will pull thousands more bogus votes for him out of their sleazy hairy as*es, as well. All this while burning the actual ballots with Mousavi's name on it.

Sounds a bit like 2000.....and 2004 here in the US, but we didn't have the balls to protest like the Iranians are!

What a different world we might have had today if this had occurred!

    • The Iranian government must rerun a fair and transparent election. As far as I am concerned, personally. It's an illegal terrorist regime. I do not recognize the usurped puppet government, or the Clerics as the Legal representatives for the Nation of Iran or it's people.. Free Iran from radical Islam!!
