    • When I was there in 1998 it was the 50th year of Nakba. I didn't know too much then. What I do remember are the Palestinians telling me for 30 days straight, about this event. I didn't really understand why the other side (the Israelis) were celebrating. Now I realize it was their year of Jubilee!
