Restoring Honor / Maintaining Ignorance - Interviews Inside Beck's Rally

Stoneyroad
Question - What happens when real American patriots can't bring their signs to the Glenn Beck Restoring Honor rally?

Answer - They are forced to vocalize their ignorance of "Facts" and hatred for "Others"

My favorite quote:
"I never heard Glenn Beck call Obama a racist! - But if i heard it, I'de believe it."

    • I hate to say it but just watching that video made me feel stupider (I lost some IQ points!). It sounds like most of these people are brainwashed by FOX NOISE channel. What a mess this country had been left in; of course it going to take time, things will get worse before they get better. What a waste of life; these people are angry about nothin. I didn't hear one oz. of truth in any of them. Most seem pretty ignorant; you would think that you would get wiser with age but not these people.

So what are you trying to say? Bush has honor, but no intelligence? President Obama has intelligence and looks down on others? What the hell? 'Just say it'? If one would choose to go down the road of listing the failures of George W., they would be spun as haters. Been there, done that.

I'll give George W. the benefit of the doubt of what it truly meant to be honorable. But the comment about President Obama looking down on those less educated than he, is total bull. 'Just say it' ... Made up victims? Name an instance?

Since when does stating a fact equate to having an elitist attitude?

By the way, an honorable idiot who is in power can be tricked into mutually assured nuclear destruction. A genius without honor will will not choose a path of mutually assured destruction since it assures his or her own destruction.

Yeah... he didn't really dodge that question by saying he had no real response to that. Everyone in that level of politics, including Sarah Palin, should know that Reagan did the same thing. However, for some reason when a liberal president does it (and I use the term loosely because realistically Obama is more centrist) conservatives are against it. And he is correct, Sarah Palin is not an expert on nuclear issues. He has listed two people who should be experienced in the field which he is being questioned on as supporting his decision. If people who oppose Obama and his decision to limit our nuclear arms really had an argument, they'd attack the credibility of the positions that Obama just listed.

    • Conniepae:

People who claim that Obama looks down on others who are not educated are full of it. They are just jealous they didn't have the drive to work their butts off in school as he did; graduating at the top of his class; didn't have his daddy bail him out of trouble as Bush did so often; instead; Obama did it all himself. Bush wanted his rich friends to have the tax cuts and have the middle class eliminated.

Republicans have a real economic problem when there are 3 classes; they can't function that way; they only know how to go on with 2 classes; poor and rich; no in between. They feel that the middle class is not good for the economy so they create this false sense that there really is a trickle down effect with the extremely rich getting the tax cuts. They sure have brainwashed a lot of people to think this scam really works.

And it's voters like you who are responsible for the Bush administration.

No one wanted Kerry or Dukais or Gore, because they were smart, talked smart, acted smart.

We have a bizarre sentiment of anti-intellectualism in this country- people would rather elect a president they would drink a beer with then one with the intelligence required to lead a nation.

When being smart is considered a bad thing, we get a nation of idiots.

SO, if a doctor says that the local plumber is not an expert on medicine, that makes them an "elitist"?

If you are sick, which would you go to for help- the doctor or the plumber?

Wouldn't YOU say that the plumber is not much of an expert on medicine?

Elitist is just a buz-word that means "educated".
      Education is a GOOD thing.

If the fact that people are more educated than you makes you feel inferior,
then go to school and get an education.

      Even Obama?
You have not shown respect for Obama.
Sarah Palin has not shown respect for Obama.
Does that make the both of you "elitists"?

Sarah Palin referred to the Rural states as the "real America", indicating that Urban states are NOT America.

Wouldn't you agree that Sarah Palin is an Elitist?

"I never submitted the whole system of my opinions to the creed of any party of men whatever, in religion, in philosophy, in politics, or in anything else, where I was capable of thinking for myself. Such an addiction is the last degradation of a free and moral agent. If I could not go to heaven but with a party, I would not go there at all." --

The evidence is there and some may say that this is fake but clearly it isn't and now I go to this chalkboard to show you an elaborate BS analysis that somehow proves my point despite the absurdity that a common person may want to point out but the viewers are like sponges, they soak up all of the filth. And this proves my point that Glenn Beck has links to the Taliban.

It tells the tale of what the rally are REALLY about- a black guy with a foreign-sounding name was elected president, so those fat white trailer trash want "their" country back.
