Oklahoma Rep Governor Mary Fallin was on hand Thursday morning to ring the opening bell on Wall Street.

But as a Republican willing to cut spending for the poor. That kind of scares the Investors, Stock brokers. Partly because they know the budget cutting process is not cutting the rich.
Having a lot of people with no money is bad for growth!
What a sign that the stock market is down 500 points!
