COSTLY ORGANIC vegetables are no better for your health than those grown conventionally, a study has found.A two-year experiment which involved scientists growing potatoes, carrots and onions under both organic and traditional
conditions has found the health-giving properties of each are virtually identical.

    • are the pesticides and nitrogen based fertilizers part of the healthful benefits?

Also, whose to say food context isn't important? Maybe a fully ripened tomato is healthier than a tomato that was gassed red. Maybe naturally growing fruit have chemicals in them and coexist in a way that a chemically engineered fruit can't recreate.

Food should be more than just nutritionally based, just adding and subtracting things to fit into a certain formula of "healthy"
