Conservative Xans Blame 'Secular Media' for Colorado Shootings

In an "Action Update," the Family Research Council seemed to assign blame for the Colorado church shootings to "the hostility that is being fomented in our culture from some in the secular media toward Christians."

This was before it came out that the shooter was, in fact, a fundamentalist Christian.

    • Liberals are what is wrong with America. No doubt this guy was another failure of our broken, no prayer, public school system. I'll bet he just lip-synced the "Under God" part of the pledge of allegiance, too.

Oh, sorry. You say he was a 24-year-old home-schooled fundie?

Well, he probably didn't read enough Old Testament scripture. He used a gun. Didn't Samson kill 40 men with the jawbone of an a$$?

      Never mind.

May George Bush bless you and keep you. May he cause his face to shine upon you and give you peace. Amen and Amen and Shondla Hondala Fondala Rhondala

    • There probably wasn't an apology statement from the Family Research Council though, for saying something absurd. It's difficult to steer your flock when you admit to wrong-doings...

    • Well of course! That makes sense! In fact, last night I saw CNN's expose on why all Christians deserve to be shot. It's clear that the secular media is out to destroy religion and endorse mass murder. God keeps people from this sort of violence.
