    • "Ursula K. Le Guin is a goddess. No, I mean it. Her words should be studied like sacred texts. I've read The Left Hand of Darkness maybe 3-4 times. I've lost count. It's that good". Ditto,....though I think I still prefer "The Dispossessed".

Once upon a time,...a long long time ago,...my final paper for "Science Fiction Literature" in college was 'Unfixed myth with exploratory metaphors". I thought it was relatively unique at the time,....for about three weeks and after the class had ended,....it turned out Le Guin had written in depth along those line some years before. Oh well.

....but no mention of "A Canticle for Leibowitz",..."The Man in The High Castle"
or "Breakfast in The Ruins" Oh well.
