Why the media leans toward Israel: $12,000 reward to prove otherwise

The media loves to distort facts in order to put out a more sensationalist story that will sell.

The media is also undeniably biased. Just look at how they framed the conflict between Russia and Georgia. Members of the media know that Russia has not been looked upon favourably in the U.S. ever since the Cold War. It's far easier to sell papers if you make them look like the bad guys.

Likewise, the media is cashing in on the large Jewish population in the U.S., thinking that if they portray Israel in a more favourable way they will get better ratings, and sell more papers. The truth is, the story is always more complicated than what the media will tell you. That's why the internet is so important in order to spread the truth. You simply can't believe anything until you check it out for yourself.

Although the US sold hundreds of millions of dollars in weaponry to Arab states during the 1950s and early 1960s, there were no sales to Israel for a while when the US agreed to sell to Israel I think it was the hawk anti aircraft something If I recall. I really try not to post a ton on Israeli conflict articles, because I tend to get yelled at for even slightly supporting Israel.
