It's cool to think that somewhere, who knows what and who knows where, would hear the beautiful music of the beatles. I still can't get over how timeless their music is.

There's something cool about some aliens being, or alien beings, influenced by The Beatles and passing it along. Okay. Enough "Trippy Talk".

From the article;///////The song, written by McCartney and John Lennon, may have a ticket to ride and will be flying at the speed of light. But it will take 431 years along a long and winding road to reach its final destination. That's because Polaris is 2.5 quadrillion miles away.////////////NASA loaded an MP3 of the song, just under four minutes in its original version, and will transmit it digitally at 7 p.m. EST Monday from its giant antenna in Madrid, Spain./////////end of excerpt.////// I don't know if i am actually angry about this... it may actually reach something out there along the way and I don't know the cost of transmitting an MP3 from an antenna in Madrid Spain. I think we should be more angry at the spy satellites up in space and the militarization of it.This at least is something peaceful.

Occassionally. Then they say they have no funds to launch climate satellites... so yes, on that level I agree with you. But hey, it's The Beatles. ;-).
