  • about

Spirituality as distinct from religions, doctrines and dogmas. Humanism is certainly a highly spiritual way of being. Spirituality does not necessarily imply a belief in a God or many Gods, it often is free of beliefs. Spirituality is a way of being, of experiencing life, of perception. Atheists can be highly spiritual too, but religious people seldom are (especially fundamentalists). Agnostic people generally are highly spiritual.
