Mr. Newsom;
As water levels in Lake Mead, Lake Powell, and the Colorado River continue to fall due to a combination of waste, population increases, and climate change which is affecting snowpack, what plans would you have as governor to meet the urgent water crisis in the state of California as it is also affecting farmers, agriculture, and the economy? Also, do you see desalination as a viable option even considering the many cons regarding it in respect to its carbon footprint, price, and harm to marine ecosystems?
Thanks for your response;
