The New World Order recognized early on that the old KGB and Gestapo propaganda techniques of demoralization and misinformation are multi-stage process requiring media complicity, control of educational policy, widespread corruption in politics and industry, and the unlimited money of the international bankers (but then, THEY are the international bankers).
