Mango Pico Salsa

I fix this at least once a week sometimes i use pineapple but the recipe is still a basic pico de gayo. So here ya go Take six roma tomatoes and dice them chop a half a bunch of cilantro and half of a sweet onion to that add a jalapeno
minus the seeds that is where the real heat is at... Slice and dice a Mango and add a half a tea spoon of salt. stir this till it is well blended. I find that it is best if left in the frigg overnight but you can eat it as soon as your ready.
