Elizabeth City, NC - Before approaching storms, the Coast Guard issues warnings to mariners in the storms' path. Friday, 10 On Your Side hitched a ride with a crew out of Elizabeth City, NC who were on a mission to warn mariners about Tropical Storm Danny.
