The Sacramento Film Festival (SFF) and Current TV are creating a partnership to promote local film making unlike any ever seen locally.

SFF will be creating and implementing a call for content for short format documentaries (10 min. or less) on any topic including: Bio, Humanities, Politics or other. This call for content will be managed & implemented by the Sacramento Film Festival, and Current TV shall have exclusive "First Look". Deadline for submission Feb. 20th.

The 10 final curated documentaries shall be uploaded to Current.com on the skinned topic page for Sacramento Film Festival and will be considered for acquisition for the network.

The top 5 curated documentary filmmakers will have one-to-one, half-hour in-person meetings with Current TV Creative Executives at the Sacramento Film Festival.
