As revealed by the Church Committee in the mid-70s and according to internal FBI documents the agency controlled the Ku Klux Klan and other white supremacists beginning in the 1960s. More recently, it was revealed that racist radio talk show host Hal Turner operated as a “national security intelligence” asset for the FBI, thus demonstrating the agency still has its hooks in the lunatic fringe movement.
The racist Milteer “was reportedly one of most violent men in the country,” Adams told Fox 8 News. Years later, Adams discovered that Milteer had threatened to kill Kennedy on November 9, 1963, and the FBI had lied about Milteer whereabouts. In order to make his case, Adams played an audio recording of Milteer for Fox News. In the recording, Milteer tells an informant the best way to get the president “is from an office building with a high powered rifle.” Asked if he was sincere about a plot of kill Kennedy, Milteer responded: “Oh yes. It’s in the works.”
Despite the threat and possibility of a conspiracy to assassinate the president, the FBI and Secret Service allowed Kennedy to travel to Dallas. “[They] should have stopped the President from traveling instantly,” said Adams.
“You thought I was kidding when I said he would be killed from a window with a high powered rifle,” a “jubilant” Milteer” told the informant following the murder.
Adams points out that Milteer was in Dallas on the day of the assassination and has a photograph to prove it. In the photo, Milteer stands near the presidential limousine prior to the shooting. Adams notes this fact was not mentioned in the Warren Commission report.
Other, more well-known personages were also photographed in Dealy Plaza on that fateful day, in particular George Bush Senior. The future CIA director and president was photographed standing outside the Texas Book Depository building where it was said Oswald single-handedly shot the president from the sixth floor. Gerald Ford appointed Bush to head-up the agency when the House Select Committee on Assassinations was investigating CIA-FBI links to the murders of John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy.
During Gerald Ford’s funeral in 2007, the elder Bush attacked theories straying from the official version. “After a deluded gunman assassinated President Kennedy, our nation turned to Gerald Ford and a select handful of others to make sense of that madness,” said Bush. “And the conspiracy theorists can say what they will, but the Warren Commission report will always have the final definitive say on this tragic matter. Why? Because Jerry Ford put his name on it and Jerry Ford’s word was always good.”
After Adams told the FBI he believed it was impossible for Oswald to have fired three shots with a bolt-action rifle in seven-and-a-half seconds while taking aim through a scope, he was warned by his superiors not to pursue his findings. “Don, be careful what you say and how you say it,” an agent told him.
Mr. Adams’ assertions contribute to a huge body of evidence revealing that Kennedy was not murdered by Oswald in the fashion described by the government.
In 2007, a study conducted by a former FBI scientist put to rest the Oswald-as-lone-gunman theory. William A. Tobin, a former FBI lab metallurgist, and colleagues published a study the Annals of Applied Statistics demonstrating that at least one other shooter was involved in the assassination.
Also in 2007, former CIA agent and Watergate conspirator E. Howard Hunt admitted in an audio recording that he was approached to be part of a CIA assassination team to kill JFK. The tape was released by the late Hunt’s son, Saint John Hunt, and aired on the Coast to Coast radio show in April, 2007.
“E. Howard Hunt names numerous individuals with both direct and indirect CIA connections as having played a role in the assassination of Kennedy, while describing himself as a ‘bench warmer’ in the plot. Saint John Hunt agreed that the use of this term indicates that Hunt was willing to play a larger role in the murder conspiracy had he been required,” writes Paul Joseph Watson.
uite predictably, the corporate media all but ignored Hunt’s revelations and continues to peddle the ludicrous theory that Oswald was alone responsible for the assassination.
Saint John Hunt said that his father indeed resembled one of three “bums” arrested and photographed in Dealy Plaza following the assassination. The elder Hunt told his son he was “deeply conflicted and deeply remorseful” that he didn’t blow the whistle on the plot at the time and prevent the assassination. At the time Kennedy was hated by many government officials, especially officials at the CIA. Following the disastrous Bay of Pigs operation and his failure to support military action in Cuba, Kennedy had promised to “shatter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter the remnants to the wind.”
Kennedy’s enemies in the CIA and the FBI are well documented. He fired the Chief Executive of the CIA, Charles Cabell, and among his enemies were Richard Helms, former CIA director Allen Dulles, and Gerald Ford, who would later become the default president of the United States.
Ford, who was a member of the Warren Commission, implicated the CIA in a cover-up of the assassination from his deathbed, according to a publisher of a book on the subject.
In May of 2007, Saint John Hunt went on the Alex Jones Show and revealed that his father would have “finish[ed] the job” and killed Teddy Kennedy. “In the context that JFK had already been removed, RFK was gone and his motto was ‘let’s finish the job,’” Hunt told Jones. He said his father was pleased when Robert Kennedy was assassinated.
In 2008, the BBC aired a documentary offering evidence that the CIA was responsible for Robert Kennedy’s assassination. Three men were positively identified as senior officers who worked together in 1963 at JMWAVE, the CIA’s Miami base for its Secret War on Castro. “I was in Dallas when we got the son of a bitch and I was in Los Angeles when we got the little bastard,” David Sanchez Morales, aka “El Indio,” who was involved in CIA efforts against Castro and the CIA’s 1954 overthrow of the Guatemalan government, reportedly bragged after the RFK assassination.
In his audio confession, the late E. Howard Hunt said Morales and Lyndon Johnson were involved in the plot to kill JFK. Hunt said the code name for the assassination operation was “The Big Event.”
Johnson’s former mistress, Madeleine Duncan Brown, told author Robert Gaylon Ross prior to her death in 2002 that Johnson was involved in the murder, a plot that had its origins in the 1960 Democratic Convention, where John F. Kennedy was elected as presidential candidate with Johnson as his running mate. Johnson, according to Brown, colluded with oil tycoon H. L. Hunt to have Kennedy eliminated. “It was a total political crime and H.L. Hunt really controlled what actually happened to John Kennedy — he and Lyndon Johnson,” said Brown. “It was a political crime for political power.” Johnson had allegedly said on the night before the assassination: “Those SOBs will never embarrass me again.”

The pain of the assassination of John Kennedy has never healed in this nation; neither has the pain of the assassinations of Robert Kennedy, and Martin Luther King. Each event is an unimaginable pool of pain and is subject to endless retelling and recasting of the people responsible.
I mourned the death of Malcolm X. I still get an embarrassing physical reaction when I think in some quiet moment about the searing and senseless murder of John Lennon.
Every one of these men had something in common. They spoke clearly, at great risk to themselves, about the rights of man to equality before the law, and to dignity, and to peace. They spoke of freedom from economic and social manipulation, and they risked their lives to try and help bring that about.I myself don't need any particular conspiracy theory to tell me who was responsible for these deaths. The answers are not hidden. I see it in every day encounters with the economic interests that have plundered the future of this country; the interests that have distorted our foreign policy into preemptive war without reason, and are bent on destroying every human being and every blade of grass that stands in the way of their unquenchable greed.
Whatever the differences are in imagining or discussing the possible details of these crimes, the question remains: what are WE going to do about it that will make it better?

Kennedy was six times confronted with the possibility of war, and six times backed away from that option, it is likely that he would have done everything he could to prevent the war in Vietnam. He also wanted to abolish the federal reserve (which by the way is about as federal as Federal Express). Many believe he was the last real president we've had and that since his murder there have been a long line of puppets. To this day the industrial military complex steams forward (Iraq, Afghanistan... possibly Iran. While we watch TV, drink beer, and demonize anyone who even begins to challenge the so-called official stories.

As much as I admire John Kennedy's great qualities, (which include intelligence, wit, and courage), recasting him as one who didn't believe in using violence to protect or forward US interests is pretty revisionist.
John Kennedy was a man of his times. With his advisers, he was deeply involved in fighting Communism and the Cold War as it was then perceived.
Kennedy himself was very much in favor of covert operations. I have read that Republican Henry Cabot Lodge the US ambassador to Vietnam was a strong proponent of Diem's assassination rather than Kennedy, but it did occur with our foreknowledge of the coup.
The CIA had a hand in several assassinations that were, I think known to Kennedy. The many US attempts on Castro's life before and after the Bay of Pigs, certainly, and If memory serves, I think Patrice Lumumba's assassination in Africa as well, was among those.
However, your main point is well taken; the military-industrial complex does steam forward. - 1 year ago

Just so you two are on the same page:
"The extent of Kennedy's involvement in Vietnam remained classified until the release of the Pentagon Papers in 1971.[49]
In Southeast Asia, Kennedy followed Eisenhower's lead by using limited military action as early as 1961 to fight the Communist forces led by Ho Chi Minh. Proclaiming a fight against the spread of Communism, Kennedy enacted policies providing political, economic, and military support for the unstable French-installed South Vietnamese government, which included sending 16,000 military advisors and U.S. Special Forces to the area. U.S. involvement in the area escalated until Lyndon Johnson, his successor, directly deployed regular U.S. forces for fighting the Vietnam War.
Kennedy with (then) future Australian Prime Minister Harold Holt in the Oval office in 1963.By July 1963, Kennedy faced a crisis in Vietnam: despite increased U.S. support, the South Vietnamese military was only marginally effective against pro-Communist Viet Minh and Viet Cong forces. Regarding Ngo Dinh Diem, the Catholic President of South Vietnam, as insufficiently anti-Communist, the U.S. gave secret assurances of non-interference for an impending coup d'état.[50] On November 1, 1963, South Vietnamese generals overthrew the Diem government, arresting and soon killing Diem (though the circumstances of his death were obfuscated).[51] Kennedy sanctioned Diem's overthrow.[52] One reason to support the coup was a fear that Diem might negotiate a neutralist coalition government which included Communists, as had occurred in Laos in 1962. Dean Rusk, Secretary of State, remarked "This kind of neutralism...is tantamount to surrender."
During his time in office, Kennedy increased the number of U.S. military in Vietnam from 800 to 16,300. It remains a point of some controversy among historians whether or not Vietnam would have escalated to the point it did had Kennedy served out his full term and been re-elected in 1964.[53] Fueling the debate are statements made by Kennedy and Johnson's Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara that Kennedy was strongly considering pulling out of Vietnam after the 1964 election. In the film "The Fog of War", not only does McNamara say this, but a tape recording of Lyndon Johnson confirms that Kennedy was planning to withdraw from Vietnam, a position Johnson states he strongly disapproved of.[54] Additional evidence is Kennedy's National Security Action Memorandum (NSAM) 263, dated October 11, 1963, which ordered withdrawal of 1,000 military personnel by the end of 1963

Excellent points.... Don't forget the False flag "Gulf of Tonkin"... which was supposedly an act of aggression that led to combat.
The Gulf of Tonkin Incident is the name given to two separate incidents, one disputed, involving the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (North Vietnam) and the United States in the waters of the Gulf of Tonkin. On August 2, 1964, the destroyer USS Maddox, while performing a DESOTO patrol, was engaged by three North Vietnamese Navy torpedo boats of the 135th Torpedo Squadron.[1] A sea battle resulted, in which the Maddox expended over 280 3" and 5" shells, and which involved the strafing from four USN F-8 Crusader jet fighter bombers. One US aircraft was damaged, one 14.5mm round hit the destroyer, 3 North Vietnamese torpedo boats were damaged, and 4 North Vietnamese sailors were killed and 6 were wounded; there were no U.S. casualties.[5]
The second Tonkin Gulf incident was originally claimed by the U.S. National Security Agency to have occurred on August 4, 1964, as a naval battle, but instead may have involved the "Tonkin Ghosts"[6], and no actual NVN Torpedo Boat attacks. The outcome of this second incident was the passage by Congress of the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, which granted President Lyndon B. Johnson the authority to assist any Southeast Asian country whose government was considered to be jeopardized by "communist aggression". The resolution served as Johnson's legal justification for deploying U.S. conventional forces and the commencement of open warfare against North Vietnam.
In 2005, an internal National Security Agency historical study was declassified; it concluded[7] that the Maddox had engaged the North Vietnamese Navy on August 2, but that there may not have been any North Vietnamese Naval vessels present during the incident of August 4. The report stated:
It is not simply that there is a different story as to what happened; it is that no attack happened that night. - 1 year ago

The simplest way to hit a target is from up close.Get as close to your target as you can.The driver William Greer shot and killed the president. THE ZAPRUDER FILM WAS ALTERED BY OUR GOVERNMENT AND TIME/LIFE MAGAZINE.Secret Service agents are trained to speed up up and hurry out of any assassination attempts on the lives of the president or vice president, but notice to how the tale lights on the back of the limo are blacked out to HIDE the fact that Greer brought the car to a complete shoot his kill. He's turned around at the EXACT moment that Kennedy's head explodes. Further, The presidents wife Jackie witnesses this entire event. She sees her husband's killer. This is the only explanation that anyone can make as to why she makes a frantic attempt to get out of the car. If the shot came from the outside of the limo, she would have duck to the floor.

Watch this film and stop it at the 5.04 clip. There were people on Air Force that ask her to take the blood stain dress off and change into a fresh pair of clothes. Mrs. Kennedy gave them an abrupt NO. She said, "let them see what they have down". The statement is silently infamous, because it refuted the absurd Lee Harvey Oswald lie. Jackie knew who killed her husband and she knew who was immediately behind the assassination. Both she and Robert Kennedy hated LBJ.Johnson's first 2 missions in taking office was to 1.) rescind the Executive order 1110 that gave the money printing responsibilities back to the Federal Reserve ,[JFK, knowing that the Federal Reserve was just a private bank, had given that task to the U.S. Department of Treasury], and 2) increase the U.S. troop coalition in Viet Nam. JFK had already begun the process of ending the war.

The "why now?" aspect of this story looks quite a lot like an elderly guy whose stories got more colored and emphatic with time.
There were folks who wanted to kill Kennedy. There were public death threats by right-wing racists against Kennedy in letter columns and on the radio in the weeks leading up to the assassination. The Dallas newspaper carried a full page paid ad that day denouncing Kennedy and outlined in black.
Former FBI agent Don Adams' ID of the guy in a crowd shot in a subsequent and much later book is a wholly unsubstantial opinion. You'd think with all the conspiracy activities of the past several decades Adams would be the belle of the ball with this story.I can't say with absolute certainty, but supposed ID of George Bush Senior in Dallas that day has since been shown to not in fact be Bush. Just as one photographed transient had been as Nixon henchman G. Gordon Liddy, by some conspiracy supporters. (Feel welcome to provide any credible evidence to the contrary on either of these, however.)
The one fact that HAS been verified by government records and several other direct sources is that J. Edgar Hoover, who hated Kennedy (who initially tried to fire him as FBI Director) with an implacable passion, did, very purposefully, and personally, withdraw the proposed FBI presence in Dallas the day before the assassination. There is also evidence that Hoover sat on information on threats made to the President from the south in the weeks before the assassination.
It is possible Oswald had passive, or active help, that we don't know about, but his trail from the Texas Book Depository to his arrest is pretty clear. The point comes down again to Occam's razor, (or the "zebra hoof-beats" as cztheday has it. If one could simply passively allow the destruction of one's opponent, why bother to get directly involved?

First of all one can fire three shots with a bolt action rifle in 7 1/2 seconds. We will never know the truth about the killing of JFK, the one thing we can be assured of is that JFK had lost all confidence in the both the CIA and Cheifs of Staff of the Armed Forces. after the thirteen days in May and the Bay of Pigs. The military industrial complex had much more to gain than acouple of oil men and LBJ, I seriously doubt that LBJ was ready to have JFK eliminated.

Stuff like this always fucks up conspiracy theories. Of course that's possible. Ever fired a bolt action rifle with a scope? Practise is all it takes. Guns are one of the easiest machines in the world to use.
Whether it was a conspiracy or not. Silly assumptions prove nothing.----------
I'd love it if effort was put into uncovering a real and present conspiracy like the one that was devised in order to make the invasion of Iraq possible! I'm not talking about that garbage about 911 either, I'm talking about Bush and Blair's invented "evidence" and all the lobbying they did behind the scenes to make it happen.
THAT was a genuine, true blue, 100% REAL conspiracy that would be VERY hard to deny. It's cost thousands of lives and hundreds of Billions of dollars, so it was a BIG fucking deal, and yet people would rather piddle around with this ancient bullshit, or made up crap like area 51 or Bush causing 911.The unwillingness to pursue such a huge conspiracy like that one tells me that most theorists are just geeks doing it for fun.

You lost me there, do you think Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone shooter and we should close the book and forget about the Kennedy assassination?

What I mean is that the same forces are at work today that were there in 1963. There will always be a patsy available, so it is now irrelevant who shot JFK. To stop the assassination industry, we will have to eliminate the prime motivators.

They have been really busy fuckin up our country for decades! Most people don't know that....
George Bush's grandfather, the late US senator Prescott Bush, was a director and shareholder of companies that profited from their involvement with the financial backers of Nazi Germany.Decades later 911 happens on his grandson's watch...

True. Roosevelt has to pass a law to prevent Prescott Bush from trading with Hitler.

I'm sure some people tried or wanted to back in the days but they were silenced one way or another. These guys don't play. If they can slaughter the president in front of everyone and get away with it, you have to admit that is pretty intimidating. This guy has balls the size of Texas!

I've felt that way ever since I heard about Santa Claus.
Seriously though, this is why the public should demand, and I think potentially violently sometimes, any investigation into the murder of any public official to be completely open and/or transparent, and be competently run. Didn't the CIA seal the records of the investigative findings to be released to the public over 30 years later? For what purpose would anyone do that except to cover their own ass?
