The New York City Police Department is working on a plan to track every vehicle that enters Manhattan to strengthen the city’s guard against a potential terror attack, the department’s chief spokesman said.
is it 2008 or 1984?
even in the u.k. & israel two of the most heavily cctv wired places on earth no acts of terror have been prevented. catching people after the fact can always be done by competent detectives with adequate resources. the companies that manufacture & install these "security devices" are making money hand over fist & destroying our right to privacy everyday...but don't take my word for it read the article yourself.
