A federal judge has ordered that whether Google is spying for National Security Agency or not, you have no right to know.

"The NSA need not disclose ‘the organization or any function of the National Security Agency, [or] any information with respect to the activities thereof,’" U.S. District Judged Richard Leon has ordered.

    • As for GOOGLE? It's time to hold them accountable for their participation in the destruction of individual liberty, freedom and the right to privacy. It really causes me to question whether GOOGLE is not being compensated with our dollars in some way, to facilitate Big Brother's usurping of our constitutional rights. Should we be looking elsewhere for a primary search engine? Has GOOGLE become too big for our security?

    • Well, Judge Leon seems like an extreme right judicial activist who believes in the rights of Big Brother over the rights of individual citizens. Obviously, all of these civil and human rights violators need to be shown where they get their intentionally limited authority from, and it is conditional upon them using it for the welfare of the people from which they derive it. Far too many of our officials are technically criminals as a result of their run away individual agendas which conflict with their limited official mandates. It's time to put them back under OUR THUMB!
