This is a good video...short and to the point.
Babies and moms benefit from mutual activities!
By the way, it should be noted that Yoga isn't as easy as it looks.

My wife and 7 month girl do baby yoga all the time and they both really enjoy it. i agree with the instructor that yoga begins now. and besides, if it makes mom happy, baby will be happy as a result.

The film shows Mom's a new way to interact with babies and hopefully continue Yoga as they grow. The film is gentle, inspirational and uplifting. The information is just enough to get us interested. However, I would enjoy seeing more of the film.

Loved it! I wish there this was available when I had my babies! It looks like a fun, relaxing way for new moms to spend time with their babies and do something healthy for themselves at the same time. I also loved the music.
