After nine heart surgeries, "Harmonica Man" Andy Mackie stopped his prescriptions and used the money to spread the joy of music to kids. Even if those kids are as shifty as the ones giving testimonials in the middle of the video. (I'm looking at you "Everybody likes him... Everybody" kid.)
