Japanese runner makes a wrong turn at the end of a marathon

It's painful watching from the comfort of your sofa when this poor bloke takes a wrong turn just before the finishing line of last weekend's Tokyo-Hakone relay marathon. Apparently Natsuki Terada had been the frontrunner for most of the race, that's gotta hurt!
