In Berlin they are cooler than anywhere else in the world so it should come as no surprise that they are also cool with IEPE & the anonymous crew dumping 500 liters of waterbased environmentally-friendly paint on a busy intersection in the capital and watch as 2,000 cars proceed to “paint reality.”
