The orange cat is Mr. Bumpers and the tabby is Oscar.
Mr Bumpers has a condition called cerebellar hypoplasia. He developed it in the womb because his mom was infected with feline distemper. I rescued him at a spay/neuter clinic I was working at. A lady who collects feral and low income cats picked him up from a trailer park, from a family whose children were abusing him. They cut his whiskers and shaved the fur off of him. I decided to adopt him the moment I saw him. He weighed about 2lbs when I first got him. He grown up to be a super cat. Sometimes are little neurotic. He actually now lives with my best friend and her husband. I have many cats and Mr. Bumpers need special attention. But he goes up and down stairs and lives with White Kitty, who is deaf. My friend got White Kitty from me too.
There are many shelters that have cats with this and other conditions.
Many turn out to be wonderful cats. Unfortunately many also get euthanized....
