In Need of Wittness on Thurs, Feb 26, 2009

Accident with dump truck at 7:25 a.m. on highway 270-E @ W. Florissant, draggs a Gold 95' Lexus with woman and child as they fear for their lives. The insurance company, Progressive said, " the driver of the truck was not at fault". The police report that was filed states who was at fault. However, it was amended because the officer said, " She misunderstood the other officer who took the information of the truck driver". My car was totaled with no compensation from Progressive Insurance.
