Namco Bandai has announced that the Tekken 6 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 has gone gold i.e, its development has completed. The game has entered its manufacturing process and Namco revealed details about the its new online features. Action packed powerful gameplay action available offline as well as online, Tekken 6, has biggest character lineup.
Tekken 6 is set to give gamers a fast-action gaming experience with loads of combos and of course, button mashing. This new attraction is the combo system that will strike a string of ground or aerial attacks. Namco boasted that Tekken 6 runs at 60 frames per second with new "close processing effects" and full body motion blur. We'll get to see all of that in few weeks from now.
Namco outlined new online features of Tekken 6 as listed below.
Ranked Match and Player Match:
-Rank up or just improve your fighting skills by battling opponents worldwide in online versus mode with voice chat functionality
Data Upload and Download:
-Create and upload customized ghost characters which accurately replicate your fight style
-Any player in the world can download your ghost to take on your virtual self in a one-on-one battle even when you're not online
-Upload replays of killer matches to share with friends and opponents worldwide
Scenario Campaign Online Co-op
-New feature available this winter as a free post-launch downloadable update
-Jump into intense two player online co-op campaigns against AI controlled enemies and experience the dramatic large-scale action with friends around the globe
Leaderboards
-Battle Points: online only, split between World, Asia, America and Europe
-Rank: overall online and offline ranking, from Beginner to Tekken God
-Additional rankings include Ranked Match, Scenario Campaign, Time Attack and Survival
