Father Dominic, a British-born Catholic priest living in Belize is a colorful and outspoken guy who noticed, after arriving in Belize, that virtually every week he was attending funerals for parishioners or their families due to HIV/AIDs. He became frustrated with the Belize government's response and so began an AIDS prevention program in which he discusses condom use and other safe-sex practices with sex workers. He usually contacts them in bars in Belize that cater to prostitution.
