If you are a person who already has stable heart disease, how fast your heart beats at rest can predict your risk of dying, not only from heart disease but all other causes, Dr. Eva Lonn told the Canadian Cardiovascular Congress 2010, co-hosted by the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Canadian Cardiovascular Society.

    • "Ahm, risk factor of heart disease does not only came from brain injury but some of them are a side effect of medicine. If you were me, and you have a brain injury due to an accident and a medicine that you are taking with that affects your heart, what will you do?

For me, taking risks of being normal and does not intake another medicine against heart illness will save me. I do not want another complication to my brain."
