Author Andrew Keen has just come out with a book entitled "The Cult of Amateur," where he discusses the so-called "dark side of Web 2.0" the superficial analysis, majority tyranny and the dilution of culture. Are his arguments well-founded, or mere speculation?

I agree that there is a lot of rubbish online but that doesn't stop me from accessing quality information.
The experts are concerned because they are challenged and it takes more effort to maintain the status quo.
If they can't handle a smart blogger or a talented current.tv podder, well, then they don't deserve to be experts.
This is Darwinism through and through.
