After a judge hears tinny noises, a Muslim juror faces a possible prison sentence after listening to an MP3 player under her headscarf during a high-profile murder trial.

The curious thing to me is how she would have ruled in the case. Was she prebiased for or against the guy? I think practically everyone has tried to get out of jury duty before, but this is an especially high level of indifference.

It wasn't so much that he wasn't paying attention to the trial it was because he was listening to Micheal Bolton.
