This is the stuff I'm considering making the TV Free Sign out of. They have a high brite wire which you can check out in the comments below. This is also the supplier I've been dealing with since 2000 - cool heads and total Burners obviously.

    Brand new! Our High Bright Long Life Cool Neon wire is now available in our Hella Phat (5mm) diameter! It is 150% brighter than our standard grade of Cool Neon wire! It dims to about half of it's original brightness after about 3,000 hours of continuous use (frequency dependent), compared to our standard grade of Cool Neon wire at 2,500 hours and our close-out High Bright Short Life Cool Neon wire, which has a half-life of about 800 hours. Other than brightness, electrically it performs the same as all other Cool Neon wire.
    Available in: Aqua, Blue, Lime Green, Red, Orange, Green, and Yellow.
