Britain has a suspect in the Polonium 210 poisoning of ex-russian spy Alexander Litvinenko. They are trying to expedite him from Russia. The Russian constitution prevents extraditions, so they have so far refused. Britain gets mad, and kicks 4 Russian diplomats out of Britain. Now Russia is mad and is vowing unnamed "countermeasures". And you thought this story was over!
