Think after all that they could have found the energy to add that vital bit that reminds rubberneckers - sorry, bystanders - that it is nice not completely patronise the person coming out of a fit -- as if it isn't humiliating enough writhing on the floor but then to also come to find yourself spoken to like an absolute retard is just rubbing salt in the wound.
