San Francisco based airline, Virgin America, had it's debut flight today. They are claiming to be an airline that actually caters to its customers by having larger more comfortable seats, Current TV as a channel and actually offering customer service. Imagine a company actually believing the consumer is right again. Let's see how long this lasts.
