This kind of thing is like a balloon--you squeeze one end, the other grows. No matter what you do, someone or something is getting screwed. If a third-world country tries to progress and bring business and education into its communities, it hurts the environment. We try to recycle...the cost and energy of recycling is in itself hurtful.
