Teaching English is an amazing way to spend a year in Japan, I hear from kids who have done it. I'd like to a site about it, but there are hundreds! Any tips?

Amazing story. Thanks for sharing. I have always wanted to go abroad and teach English. After watching, I will now take the TEFL course I've been contemplating taking.

Very interesting. Years ago I was a young Black man studying for a semester in Kyoto-shi (I'd studied the language for some time). Brings back memories, although I'd have liked to hear more about differences in class and perceived ethnicity that he encountered while teaching.

I love the japanese culture and I like how he explains the differences he's been able to perceive while teaching. I would love to teach english in Japan.
