The spotlight has been turned on Brazil for a few years now and many North Americans, and I am guessing Europeans believe that Brazilian women are among the most beautiful in the world.
I have no doubt that self-consciousness is what leads so many brazilians to get plastic surgery, but could it also be due to pressure to conform to the "ideal brazilian" look of the Victoria Secret models?
Just a thought I wanted to throw out there.

Beauty is the result of self-esteem and therefore, it has to do with being at peace with God and yourself. This can be taught. This can be part of children?s education at home, school, church and so on. Being happy and making others feel happy should be everybody?s target. The rest are? nothing but consequences!

Yikes this is intense. Nice to take care of yourself, but there should be limits to the pressure to be beautiful.
