Ever sat on an underground train and felt you were being watched? You might have been an unsuspecting participant in a game of Tube Poker, the gambling phenomenon that's sweeping the globe.

This is Poker with a difference - cards are replaced by people. Whether male or female, young or old, everyone is worth a certain value. The game can be played by two opposing players on any train with five seats in a row.

I just watched it again, I''m disappointed that Current doesn''t introduce it as a fake, and label it as "mockumentary" throughout the video.

    you''re playing with our trust.

Well Anastasia, I know it is indeed a mockumentary because at the end of the pod it states "mockumentary", but what does that mean? Is it a film making fun of this trend or is the trend non-existent and depicted by actors? Going with the assumption it's real, this is the lamest thing I've seen since regular poker. I can't imagine a more rude way to treat other people than to talk about complete strangers in front of them as if they were pawns in a game. It's not fascinating; it's rude and childish. These chimney sweeps need to get off the subway and get into some English classes.

Mockumentary (also known as a pseudo-documentary)[1], a portmanteau of mock and documentary, is a film and TV genre, or a single work of the genre. A mockumentary is one of the comedy genres, although there are serious mockumentaries. The mockumentary is presented as a documentary recording real life, but is in fact fictional. It is a commonly used medium for parody and satire. They are often used to analyze current events and issues by using a fictional setting around it.

this is so entertaining! Great pod. I know it's not a documentary - so it probably shouldn't feature but I love it anyway.

This was pretty good - the realistic style of filming and the actors, could easily fool anyone watching it. Tube Poker is a nice concept; but would be impossible to play.
