Salt Lake City Mayor Rocky Anderson refused to greet President Bush as he arrived to speak at the American Legion National Convention. Instead, Anderson gave a controversial speech at an anti-war, anti-President Bush demonstration. His actions created a political firestorm throughout Utah.
