This is an awesome story. I''m amazed it hasn''t been covered on any of the major news channels ??? This is story has political substance.

Not the first person to be bullied by the government, and not the last. Everyone, take note and prepare for "the worst"...

Wolf released after a month in prison...Who knew that rather unremarkable protest footage could land you in prison? It seems frighteningly indicative of the direction of our First Amendment Rights...

Hey, so what's missing for me is the reason why, after 7 1/2 months in jail, he made the decision to turn over the tapes to the federal government? I mean, sure, I probably wouldn't have lasted as long as he did, but I'm curious as to why he changed his mind. And did he think that the 7 1/2 months were time wasted? Like, why not turn over the tapes in the first place? I admired his integrity in explaining why he didn't want to give up his 1st Amendment Rights without a fight. Maybe he had just had enough of this particular fight?

This is great! I've followed the Josh Wolf story, but this is one of the better pieces on him that I have seen. How many other journalists followed him to prison? That's the whole crux of the story, and Kevin was the only one who got it. Awesome.
I would have liked to hear from the FBI, see how they defend their broad request. -
I found this to be very interesting, but I did walk away really wanting to know why he finally gave in and gave them the tape. To me, that seems like an important part of the story, and I feel like it should have been addressed. But overall, I think it was an interesting look at Josh Wolf and his outlook on life, and it really showcased the conflict between journalism and the law.
