Residents of low-income housing in New Orleans, ousted by Katrina, just want to come home. However, the city has bigger plans for the property -- which don't include the housing's former tenants.

I cannot beleive such a "Superpower" government would keep their masses in such poverty, fear, and miseducation.
This is a real eye opener. -
