  • I've always been very interested in that type of [in the danger zone] journalism, but it makes you realise how detached you have to become as a person, and how adrenalin becomes more important than story.

    But it was good to see some decent actuality on the channel!

  • Very interesting and informative piece. Well shot and reported. I have never heard of stringers either. I do have a problem with all the sensationalism that's attached to police chases in L.A. You don't really see that in other major US cities. I think a lot of these car chases are unnecessary and problematic for other drivers and civilians on the streets. Maybe these stringers are contributors to the need of people wanting to see real life drama unfold right before their eyes at any cost. Just a thought.

  • I like the filming and subject matter. I can't say I necessarily like what these guys do...they are the ones who sorta sensationalize all the crap in the world (really, like we need more!). But its interesting to see their perspective. Thanks for sharing!
