Great vid, its so true that when on a bmx/skating/snowboarding (or what ever it is you do) you can forget all your troubles. Its like being in another world or timezone where nothing but you, your bike, and the surroundings exist.

I used Southsea Skate Park as a youngster and I would encourage any parent to allow their kids to try it and see if they like it. For BMXing, Skating and boarding, it's brilliant. I think they still have the Red Bull events there.
Shame there are plans to close the place! :-(
