Remember when this happened in San Diego? An unemployed plumber decides to go joyriding in an armored tank. In the end he refused arrest and was shot. American cops have no sense of humor.

Apparently the driver felt "that he certainly had authority to behave in such a manner." I just want to know how he even got the tank in the first place.
